Dr. Song is Associate Professor of Radiology and Program Director for the Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program. He has been Loyola faculty since 2010, having come to us after serving on the faculty at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Dr. Song is a graduate of University of Illinois – Chicago College of Medicine. He completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at Indiana University followed by fellowship in musculoskeletal radiology at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology. Dr. Song is committed to radiology education. As program director, Dr. Song has guided the diagnostic radiology residency program through successful accreditation and expansion activities. Dr. Song is known for his personable style as well as his organizational and leadership skills. As a clinician, his interests lie in sarcoma and trauma imaging. He also has a particular interest in modernizing educational curricula to meet today's generation.
