Dr. Malik serves as the medical director of radiation oncology at the University of Chicago Medicine Center for Advanced Care at Orland Park. Her practice encompasses general radiation oncology and widely incorporates complex hypofractionated treatments, extra-cranial stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT), intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) and image-guided radiotherapy (IGRT). Her research focuses on institutional and population based outcomes in thoracic oncology. She is active in department quality and safety initiatives and medical education.
