I fit Radiology like a glove fit into a hand. I love the imaging and then analysis of what I see. I love the fact, that we are involved with so many clinical colleagues throughout the hospital. 

I love Radiology for the challenging hunt for answering clinical questions and keeps my brain fired up. I am passionate about teaching and clinical research which is integral to our ever-evolving field of Radiology. 

A picture is worth 1000 words," but we must see beyond the image. As radiologists, we must master a huge body of knowledge, develop diagnoses, communicate effectively and guide therapy for our patients. We must always strive to inspire and teach our colleagues, while achieving productivity goals and balancing appropriateness criteria with the hospital revenue objectives. Radiology is not just a job, it is an intellectually stimulating and challenging profession with great rewards. 

Radiology is the most versatile medical specialty and is intertwined with all of the other specialties. It is a high productivity field which allows for work-life balance.
